RENT/LEASE OPTION/FOR SALE

We do accept Section 8 applicants and other voucher programs applicants in our properties.

Pets are allowed at most of our properties and this information is noted on the availability list. There is a non-refundable $150 pet fee for a pet.

You can put in an application for any property at any time. (The application fee is $25.) We can also accept your holding deposit on the property to reserve it for you.
